We recommend access to a gym, as this program incorporates full body movements utilizing free weights, barbells, and miscellaneous machines (leg press, etc.). It is not required to use these machines to participate in the program, but clients are responsible to substitute these exercises with another that they deem appropriate. DojoTom Training Co. is unable to edit this program for individual clients.
